Stafford is a Toowoomba local who completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern Queensland in 2020 before completing his postgraduate training at the Queensland University of Technology in 2021. Stafford was admitted as a solicitor in 2021.
Stafford completed further studies at the College of Law in 2026 with a Masters of Applied Law, majoring in Family Law.
Before finding his true calling in the field of Family Law, Stafford worked in Crime, Commercial Litigation, and Property; appearing in the Queensland Magistrates, District, and Supreme Court while doing so. He is able to assist with all matters relating to Family Law, including Domestic Violence and Child Protection matters.
Stafford has sat on various committees and associations throughout his career, most notably as a member of the executive for the Downs and South West Law Association, and also a member of the Queensland Law Society’s Future Leaders Committee in its early years. Stafford was recognised as a Rising Star in 2026’s Doyle’s Guide for Family Lawyers in the Toowoomba region.
After over a decade of playing rugby league in and around Toowoomba, Stafford has recently hung up the football boots in favour of the baseball glove; he currently plays for the Toowoomba Rangers in the Greater Brisbane League.
