Originally from Toowoomba, Lily has recently returned home after spending two years working on a remote cattle station in the Northern Territory, and then living in Brisbane to complete her university studies.

Lily had previously completed work experience at O’Neill Family Law and joined our team on a permanent basis at the beginning of 2025. She has completed her dual degree in Business Management and Laws (Honours) at the University of Queensland and now primarily works alongside our Director, Ben O’Neill. Lily is committed to delivering practical, high-quality family legal services to clients.

When Lily is not in the office, she enjoys playing AFL for a local Toowoomba club and spending time with her partner, family and friends.
