With close ties to the OFL family, Ella joined our team in early 2025 after finishing high school and is currently working with our administration team. Ella has a background in hospitality and customer service and enjoys supporting our team behind the scenes.

Alongside her role at O’Neill Family Law, Ella is also completing her certificate in Education Support and spends one day a week working at a local primary school.

Outside of work, she loves to travel, keep active with pilates and spend time with her friends and family.
