Founding Director, Ben O’Neill is an Accredited Family Law Specialist who holds a Masters of Law specific to family law. He has worked exclusively in family law since 2010 and has built a reputation for consistently providing clear advice on all aspects of family law, including domestic violence law and the complicated area of child support.

Prior to specialising solely in family law, Ben was an established commercial lawyer. He brings this commercial background to his practice together with a unique insight into more complex property, parenting and child support matters, without compromising the need to treat family law issues with sensitivity and empathy.

Ben’s clients say that he make complex situations appear easy to manage and he has been recognised as a preeminent lawyer for the Toowoomba Region for many years, as well as having his skills recognised specifically for complex property matters and complex parenting matters.

Ben is qualified to formally decide property settlement disputes by way of legally binding awards through the arbitration process and is a qualified collaborative lawyer.

Ben has a longstanding association with Toowoomba and is passionate about the region. He grew up in the region and attended all of his schooling in Toowoomba.
