Bella is a local who attended school on the Darling Downs and completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Relations at the University of Southern Queensland.

She is currently completing her PhD in law and psychology considering the collection and assessment of children’s evidence in family law matters. Bella was admitted a s Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2013 and is registered on the High Court of Australia Register of Practitioners. Prior to Joining O’Neill Family Law in 2024, Bella has worked in Toowoomba in family law, child protection and domestic violence. Bella has also worked in several Advocacy positions.

Bella is a Family and Child Consultant with Unique Minds Consultants in Toowoomba, undertaking Foster and Kinship Assessments as well as Social Assessments and working in the Child Protection and welfare space.

Bella brings a unique skill set to O’Neill Family Law, having a diverse skill set including in family assessments, higher education, not-for-profit governance as well as working with and managing micro business in various retail spaces in the greater Toowoomba region.
